Music reporting

Your music report is your permission to use our music and what we base the invoice on. Clearance of music is only considered licensed once the invoice has been paid in full. By making the music report you clear the rights for both master and synchronization.

Although we accept musicreports via e-mail, postal mail or fax, we prefer that you use our simple online musicreporting service. Please click on How to make your music report online (to the left on this side) for a guide how make the report.

Please fill in one musicreport / production and please note that if you use the same track several times it’s important that you count the total amount of seconds copied from the CD/music file to the production.

There is some mandatory information that you need to leave to us if you leave your musicreport in another way than through our online service.

A music report always needs to have following information:

  • Name of production
  • Type of production
  • Territory
  • Name of the library
  • CD-number
  • Track number
  • Title
  • Composer
  • Amount used seconds
