To be able to report your music usage online you need to sign up for an account.
Fill in the required details and choose your own password. You will only have to do this once, and you will get your login details confirmed to your email.
LOGIN TO MAKE YOUR MUSIC REPORT
Click on Music Report Online and fill in your login details. Now your Company information will show automatically. If the invoice should go to other then orderer, please fill in this information under: Invoicing address.
FILL IN THE MUSIC REPORT
Choose the Category and Type of Production from the dropdown menus that suit your production.
Select the Library, CD no and Track you have used from the dropdown menus, and the Title and Composer will show automatically. Please fill in the numbers of seconds you have used. If you have used more then 1 track, please repeat the procedure.
PRODUCTION INFORMATION
Please fill in the relevant information for your production. The following information is always required.
- Report period
- Name of production
- Territory
- Produced for
- Copies
SEND THE REPORT
When you have filled in all the details click on Send Music Report. If some required information is missing you will get an Error message telling you what you need to complement with. You will now get a preview of the report. Please check that the information is correct, the click on Confirm & send music report or Go back to report if you need to change anything.
You will now receive a copy of your report to the email address you stated when first registered! |
